The Brighton Guide NYE Events Round-up

I’ve been trawling Facebook for the best looking NYE events… from extravagant immersive happenings to free entry pubs promising ‘A quiet drink with no idiots.’ Shamelessly biased towards affordable events, independent venues and events run by alternative party planners, here’s what I’ve got…. (most of the descriptions are from the events themselves, marked by quotation marks – the needless capitalisation is nothing to do with me…)

“Obviously as the rest of the town is going wild in putting monetary hoops and schackles preventing the ordinary ones from getting into any establishment without making them sell their soul and the last pair of shoes to afford the skyrocketted drink prices, Wowley club will be one of the very few oasees of community spirit and crazy fun – with the boundaries of respecting one another…. the night comes together thanks to large effort of commited volunteers … let’s hope we all will be aware and respect that… And party in a truly community & solidarity spirit.”
